Shipping and Return policy

NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES 

*DISCLAIMER*

We ask for a minimum of 2 business days for processing since products are freshly made on order

Once processed (2 business days), your order is shipped (up to 3 business days to get to you for shipping)

Orders are shipped using the USPS, UPS and FEDEX on Mondays through Saturdays. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.  When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

 *Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 

 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps us improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

 

RETURNS

 -  All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of MAZYN

 -  No returns or discounts will be provided for final sales.  

 - Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned products.

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the delivering Carrier. USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 UPS at1 (800) 742-5877 and DHL at 1 (800) 225-5345

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are hand crafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love and carefully dispatched.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
